A test in the gauntlet of gales which includes nine buttons has the middle one open the door to exit. However clicking it usually results in nothing happening, it has taken me up to 10 minutes of spam clicking the button for it to actually open the door, but most of the time it makes the level softlock there

I had that happen to me, but i didnt know it opened the door, so i went and pressed all the other buttons and then pressed that one again, which made it actually press down and open the door.
I played that level some days ago and I noticed the same "problem"; it was pretty a speedrun so I didn't pay attention to those buttons but I think the button works only after defeating all the monsters spawned by clicking the other buttons (I'm not sure, but when I played, it worked after clicking a couple of time).
