Hi, I bought the adventure pass the same day it came out. But the problem is that apparently the game does not recognize it. I tried restarting the game a bunch of times and even re-installed it.

It's not the same issue. Directly it says I have to buy the adventure pass, but I already did it. It's just not that i can't claime my rewards, it says that i have to buy the pass, and as i said, i did it. 3 days has pass and i still have the same problem.
