I bought the adventure pass and got the first tier and it wont let me claim it
still says level up to unlock even though i have the first tier
But i also found out every other tier works though

I bought the adventure pass, but my game still not recognize it. Directly it says I have to buy the adventure pass, but I already did it. It's not that i can't claime my rewards, it says that i have to buy the pass, and as i said, i did it. 3 days has pass and i still have the same problem. And before you link this as duplicated, no, it's not the same problem that MCD-6891 descibes. Because in his case, he just can't claim his rewards, but in my case, it says i have to buy te pass.

Minecraft Dungeons - I have ordered and paid for the Adventure Pass through Microsoft for my Windows PC. I have the tower downloaded also. The Adventure pass remains locked. It does say to reload the game - I have reloaded the game many times and restarted the PC and waited 24 hours and the game is still not recognizing it. Any aid would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am having a similar problem on the Nintendo Switch. I have purchased the Adventure Pass via the Nintendo eShop. Everything worked fine until I was hit with the "disconnected" bug and had to log in and out of my Microsoft account. Ever since it says I do not own the Adventure Pass.
Small update: this is definitely a game bug. I purchased a new Nintendo Switch, re-downloaded the game from the eShop, and then transferred my save data from my old console to the new one. The bug persists.
This issue was resolved in version 1.13.1.0.

I was searching for the same issue specified and the other posts reroute to this being the tracked ticket for the overall issue.
The problem in question has been closed as answered and resolved as of February, but I have only recently purchased the content last week and am having the same problem. I bought both adventure passes on the Xbox for myself and the items don’t populate despite multiple attempts, days and having uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it’s extras. I have located the dlc and it says it does t require installation. I purchased a copy for my sons account as well and it worked immediately but mine does not still.
what is the fix action for the pass not registering as being purchased in game?
I'm sorry to disagree with Matt. It is not resolved. I am currently running 1.15.xx and am having the issue where none of my premium adventure pass items are unlocking.
Okay peeps. Here's how this crud works. Think of different game launchers. Origin, Epic, Battle.net, Steam, etc. Now, think of all the different ways you could buy Minecraft Dungeons...
Here's the list I've figured out:
1) Mojang
2) Microsoft
3) XBox
4) Minecraft
But Mrs. Jak you say, it's all one company!

If you buy a game on Microsoft's store app or webpage, it doesn't realize that you're playing that version on Mojang, XBox, or minecrafts' sites - so yes, it might let you play on other launchers, but you won't be able to access all the things you've paid for. So think about where you bought the game as the launcher for that game.
Now once you realize that, its easy. You have to then install the game *{}From that site/launcher/app{}*
See, I had the game installed through my normal Minecraft launcher that I've been using since before Notch sold out to Microsoft. I've just been keeping it updated all along. It recognized that I owned the game, recognized that I had purchaced the adventure passes from somewhere, but didn't recognize that I'd gotten it on XBox's game site so it kept my adventure passes locked. So once I installed the Xbox app, installed dungeons *{}From there{}* all my addons were unlocked and claimed retroactively! Freaking awesome right?! wanders off muttering only too me a week of research and talking to 3 different teams of people.
So bug team - this is absolutely a bug. Either fix the bug so everyone can play everything no matter which Microsoft site they buy it from, or make it so even if I use the Minecraft launcher, I won't be able to play anything until i get the proper launcher from site of purchase.
After I posted my last comment, I pretty much gave up that anyone would help me and my comment joining the void. A few weeks ago, I played the game again and decided to start a new run for giggles just to start over the story. Upon reaching the hub area after the first level, I noticed a glow from the totem. All of the adventures items I had purchased had finally populated. Maybe try starting a fresh character and beating the first area. After I went back to my original character and the items were still unlocked. I hope that yields the same results for you.
