MCD-6961Artifacts received during Tower run can be kept when failing the Tower
Today I failed The Tower climb in 2 occasions and in both 2 artifacts from the tower substituted my artifacts.
In the first time my original were even lost / not present anymore in the Inventory. I indicated this in a Reddit group and this happend also to other players.
Very dangerous, please check it.

I confirm that other players are adding the same issue on Reddit
This happened to me yesterday (January 30th, 2022) with a harpoon quiver, it deleted my 141 power flaming quiver.
This issue was resolved in the 1.13.1.0 update.
