MCD-6966Crashing on Nintendo Switch version 1.12.0.0
I keep getting crashes while playing. The game will freeze while playing a dungeon. No matter how long I wait the game stays frozen. I have to exit out to the Switch home screen and force Minecraft Dungeons to close manually.
The freezes seem to happen when a lot is happening on screen at once. One was triggered by the bounce pad in Abyssal Monument right as I landed in a group of enemies.
I have had two trigger while swarmed in Ancient Hunt missions. I lost many Unique items to this freeze without even being able to play through a hunt. I would play a few missions and see no freeze, then try a hunt only to have the freeze occur in the very beginning of the mission. It took several freezes for me to notice the pattern.
Is there a way to recover the lost items from the Ancient Hunts since a bug caused the game to not allow me to play?
How soon will a hotfix be deployed?
