my computeer meet the minimum technical requirements, i dont know if it is because of windows 11
I dont know if it is about the cloud climbing pass. because this happens after i bought the pass.
please help me as soon as posible, this is because i spent alot of money to buy all the dlc.
creating a new charater works, but when i change back to the old character, it crashes again. this is the crash report:

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? It looks like the game is trying to read from data that is corrupted somehow
will my character info lost? will it be still there is i upload ins?
