MCD-7118Tridents break if you die while carrying them
While playing Radiant Ravine, I had gathered 2 or 3 tridents. I tried to throw one around the exact moment I died, and when I respawned, I still had tridents on my back visually but was unable to throw them. Any new tridents I picked up from that point on in the level were also unable to be thrown.
