MCD-7230Random Item and Currency Deletion
I'm pretty sure that it has not been reported before.
I do not have proper screenshots that would explain the problem.
I do not know how to reproduce this issue but I know what had happened before it occured.
I'm very sorry if this is the incorrect way of going about this, but I did not find any general support for the game other than reporting bugs.
After a session, my friend had decided to log off for the night. He immediately turned off his xbox and it kicked me from the game. Afterwards, I had checked my Hero and noticed that I no longer had emeralds or gold. I decided to load into my own, quick game, and I noticed that it was still gone. I then checked my inventory and my storage chest, just to realize that all of my items and such have been wiped. As I am new to the game, have only played maybe 10 hours, I had lost 6500~ emeralds, 120~ gold, 6 enchantment points (on one of my deleted items), and a bunch of gilded/special items such as the wither armor.
In short, my entire account was wiped, I only kept my equipped armor, weapons, and artifacts. Along with my levels and enchantment levels. I lost special items, gilded items, and of course my currencies. I have not created another hero either.
Again, I apologize if this is not helpful as I don't have a confirmed way of reproducing this issue, or any screenshots. I'm mostly making this to try to get my lost items (mostly upgraded level 20-30 wither armor and the currencies) back since I couldn't find general support, but I tried to fit the format as much as possible...

Did you at any point clone your character? Are you certain that you are not currently logged into such a clone, instead of your actual character?

I have never cloned my character, I am certain that I am not logged into a clone, instead of my actual character. I only have one character and never had more than that.
