Sound Stops and Game Crashes When Using Menus
So whenever you enter a menu such as the player's inventory, the sound effects temporarily stop for a while, depending on how much time you spend in the inventory. During this time, if you are in a level, the map does not show any walls or explored area, only the player icons, this applies for both the transparent map overlay and the full map. In addition, any explored area is not marked when the sound comes back. Sometimes the sound comes back, and other times the game just crashes, the chance of the game crashing increases based on how long the sound has been out for. Oddly, I have found that when the sound goes out, if you go into the map in the camp (only the map in the camp works for this) the sound generally comes back faster, and the chance of crashing is greatly decreased.
It looks like MCD-3826, MCD-6080, and MCD-7202, but none of the solutions worked.
I have a Realtek audio card, and have updated and reinstalled its drivers.
The version selection wouldn't let me choose anything older than 1.16.2.0. This has been happening ever since version 1.14 (Luminous Night) and I currently have the latest version.

Sound Stops and Game Crashes When Using Menus
Looks like
MCD-3826,MCD-6080, andMCD-7202I'm having the same problems as the above 3 bugs, except none of the solutions worked. When I use any menu the sound stops, after you exit the menu the sound either takes a while and comes back, or the game crashes.
I have Realtek audio card, and have updated and reinstalled it.

I have used TV speakers, the built-in speakers with my computer, and headphones, the issue is the same with all of them.
Version 1.17.0.0 was released today (it can be checked in the pause menu and settings). Is this still an issue in the latest version?

I downloaded the update and tested it again, it does exactly the same thing. I will update my original bug post.
If possible, could you please create a DxDiag.txt report and attach it to the ticket?
