In one of pumpkin pasture's dungeons if there is a staircase that leads to the other part when i go up the staircase if i die i would respawn IN a door that i cant get out of

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, then what is the repro rate (how many times did it happen over the course of how many playthroughs)? Does MCD-2339 describe your issue?
