MCL-10023When I pressed PLAY, I only get the Mojang page and soon it says "not responding"
When I press the PLAY button, it brings me to the MOJANG logo but it doesn't change to the Minecraft game homepage, instead it remains on the page and when I click on the page, it says on the top left, "Minecraft 1.13.1(Not Responding). My Minecraft was fine on the first few days I've been using it but then this problem suddenly just appeared out of know where, if anyone knows how to fix this, PLEASE tell me, my friends are playing Minecraft without a problem and while they are having fun, i'm just staring at this MOJANG screen to then find out that Minecraft 1.13.1 isn't responding, so please help me fix this problem!!!

I've been having the same problem, where at the Mojang screen, and only at the Mojang screen, will it say not responding, and for any version of Minecraft. For me, this problem is specifically for the new launcher, using the old one works fine. Pressing F3 + C does not force a crash, as it is not responding. If it did I would have attached the crash report. This problem only started about two or three days ago. Edit: I noticed in task manager under processes it said Minecraft launcher was still running. When I click it and hit end task, I can progress past the Mojang screen....
if you click ctrl + alt + alt, down left corner is there a option that says (more details) click that
