MCL-15977Troubles with encoding in game output
Steps to reproduce:
- Enable game output in launcher settings
- Start Minecraft and switch to Russian language (Русский)
- Join any singleplayer world and observe
Optional: you can try another commands like /say and game output will show � instead of normal text
Expected result: Game output should say: username зашёл в игру
Actual result: Game output says: username ������������� � ����

P.S. You need to enable game output in launcher settings
If you're playing Minecraft with lanugage that differs from English (for example Russian), game output will show this when MC sends message on that language (for example, this is should be "username joined the game"

When you tested this issue, your game was modified, meaning that we're not able to verify that this issue is also a problem with vanilla Minecraft.
