I had a friend helping me try to find any possible solution.
We did find someone else had a similar issue a few months ago...
Unfortunately, my friend does not play Minecraft, so he was not able to duplicate the error on his own computer. As well, he did not want to muck around in my system as much as might be possible. We followed all the instructions that were given to us, but to no avail. This started happening April 23 2021 (Eastern Standard Time).

To find solution, we will need attached launcher_log here and possibly video.Could you answer few questions regarding this issue, it will help with the investigation:
Does this issue still occurs to you on newest version of Launcher that is accessible at Microsoft Store?
Have you tried to install Launcher from the minecraft.net website?
Are you logged in in both Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date?
Have you tried to re-registering MS store as written here?
