Icon in the taskbar shows LWJGL default icon while loading Minecraft
When the launcher loads Minecraft, the icon in the icon tray at the bottom of the screen is the LWJGL default icon. Also, when you load Minecraft from the launcher and create a world, the display only shows in a small box on the bottom left of the screen. The rest of the window is blank.

Fix is deployed as a new version of lwjgl.
