Prepositions aren't to be capitalized in title case, but the following two strings have "out" capitalized anyway:

Issue no longer occurs. Closing the ticket as "Fixed".
This issue still exists for both strings according to the translation strings available on Crowdin.
Are you saying these strings are no longer used? As I have already migrated, I cannot check these strings myself in situ, but my guess is that this should be reopened.
This issue has been fixed so there's no need to reopen this ticket. The old strings have been removed from crowdin and have been replaced with the following:
