Can you also provide the following files to see if they contain any additional info to help us identify the issue? Both should be located in the same location as launcher_log.txt in the .minecraft folder
For a few more additional pieces of information to help diagnose, also a few questions:
1. Did you at any point see the tab, or has it just never appeared at all?
2. I see you're on the beta version, does switching to release have any impact on behavior whatsoever? Should be the same code right now, so unlikely, but want to verify
I have another launcher version (v.2.3.44.9-1.1.28) and if it appears to me, try looking for an update in the microsoft store or reinstall the launcher
Fix addressing this should be out on beta now, can you try again there and see if it makes a difference? Would be version 2.3.451
