MCL-22645Forge modded installations do not start at all
Since the new launcher beta (2.3.481) Forge modded installations do not start at all anymore. Some throw up error code 1 while others don't even attempt to start (See screenshots). This is only the case with Forge, other modded installations like Fabric or Optifine are not affected.
Not sure if this is a launcher issue or rather a Forge issue, but figured I'd start here.
Note that this issue only affects beta 2.3.481, not any other version. I wasn't able to select that version though, so I chose the newest available one.
Environment
Windows 11 22H2 (Build 22621.755), Java 8 Update 351 and Java JDK 19.0.1, Intel Core i7-9700KF, Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070 Super, 32GB 2666MHz RAM, 2560x1440 Resolution

Unmodded (vanilla) 1.19.2 and snapshot 22w44a are currently supported here.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
