Please launch the game and wait for it to crash and then attach a new launcher_log.txt

Can you please upload record a video of the issue?
Also uninstall the Launcher, delete .minecraft folder (copy its content elsewhere before deletion) and then reinstall, restart your computer. Then please try to boot the Launcher.
