As the title notes, both the launcher/website are requesting me to enter a new username as if my account is new; however, I have owned this account since 2012 and have played every day for the past 6 years without any issues. The username in question is "Elxtra"
I have attached a screenshot below as well.

MCL-21741you also find the resolution, which in this case is that it is a duplicate ofMCL-20496. This makes your issue a duplicate ofMCL-20496too.Please refer to the comments there.
Thank you for the response @turbo ! The problem is that it doesn't note how to resolve the issue besides trying to contact the support desk, which hasn't responded for a week or so already.
It is possible that they are currently receiving a high volume of tickets. You may experience a longer wait time for replies.
