Hi, apologies if this isn't formatted correctly; this is my first report.
For some reason, whenever I launch minecraft, the launcher itself takes upwards of 15min+ to load on my main PC. I've tried fixing the app through window's settings, reinstalling the application, etc. As listed on the help page.
Environment
My PC is running on windows 11, using M.2 NVME Storage (Samsung 980), 64gb of ddr4 RAM, an i9-10900k processor, and a RTX 4080, so hardware shouldn't be the issue here.

Hi!
Do you have Xbox app, Xbox companion app and Xbox identity provider?
Are you logged in with the same account in all of these?
Please also check dependencies section in Xbox apps 'settings' (If possible).
Also, yes, login process goes through Microsoft services.
You might want to check your internet settings, firewall settings and even antivirus.

Unfortunately, I've tried all of the above. I've even gone as far as to clear my microsoft store cache, attempting to use a different microsoft account. I've gone into the windows console and done all of what microsoft suggests to fix their networking- my NAT type is "open" (according to the xbox app, anyhow) and all things on the microsoft side are going well. I've gone about ensuring that all Microsoft, Mojang, Minecraft, and Java applications are allowed through my firewall, and my antivirus also is completely open to minecraft, Java, etc.
One thing I have noticed is when starting up the game, the launcher takes a particularly long time reading "Downloading 1.45mb/1.45mb", towards the last quarter of the progress bar. This is typically the longest part of loading. (The startup is also rather slow).

Does this also occur on BETA version of the Launcher?
And if this issue also occurs on Windows 7/8 version of the Launcher? (you can find it here https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download )
