MCL-3726Launcher stuck on downloading external libraries
Whenever I try to load Minecraft, my launcher gets stuck on this:

It will be random, occasionally Guava and all the other libraries.
To fix the issue, I have to restart the launcher 10+ times and it's a huge pain. It can't be a connection issue, because when it's loading I can browse the web just fine.

64 bit Java

Please attach the complete output of the "Launcher Log" which can be found on the second tab of the launcher.
Ticket resolved as incomplete, because no answer in a reasonable amount of time (1+ year), if it still happens, please update the ticket.
