MCL-3781Trouble connecting to the login servers.
When I opened my MC launcher it booted normally until it got to the point of hitting play it said play offline. And when I restarted my PC and double checked to make sure it wasn't blocked, it still said play offline. Now it takes me to login again and it says:
Sorry, but we couldn't connect to our servers.
Please make sure that you are online and that Minecraft is not Blocked
. I checked on the https://help.mojang.com/ And the authentication server was down when I last attempted to log in. Could this be the cause of my problem?
So, I checked to make sure all the above where correct and nothing was wrong, and now I can't even play offline. What do I do to solve this problem? I did everything it suggested and still don't understand the problem. Thanks.

Windows 7 64bit intel,4gb ram, Java 7(latest/autoupdated)
