MCL-583No sounds in 1.6 Pre-release
I am using the latest launcher and when I open Minecraft, there is no sound at all, not even in the menu or anything.
(I searched for this issue but did not find anyone that posted it for 1.6)

Mac OSX 10.8.2, Java version 7 update 25

ok, so thats why I couldn't find it, I was searching for MC issues. Didn't know it was a MCL issue. my bad!
