What I expected to happen was that the game would launch.

Describe what happened here: When I pressed launch, the game wouldn't launch and it came up with an error message within the launcher.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on the launcher.
2. Press play and wait game to load.
3. After a second the error should pop up in the launcher.

MC-112780, please follow the instructions on that page to see if that is your issue.that didnt resolve my issue, I have intel hd gpu drivers not nvidia, should've put that on the bug report.

MCL-5775I am running mac os sierra so this method didn't work for me, any ideas how to fix on mac because you can't install drivers like you can on windows.
MCL-5775is still open, we were just to see if it was one of the common issues in the reporter's case. But this issue seems to be OS-independent.do you suggest to update my os or do a clean install?
