This may be caused by broken Nvidia graphics drivers.
Please check if the hotfix of
MC-112780fixes that problem.If not, be sure to attach the crashlog from minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt.

How do I use an earlier version of the launcher because before updating it worked fine
My graphics are not from Nvidia they are from Intel
