Might have been a unstable connection.
Ok so for the first one, I think it's because your troops were unable to climb the cliff and you kept teleporting back to your troops which is an intended feature (as far as I know). However, for the second one, I have no idea.
To clarify a little bit, I do not only teleport to where I've been in the past, but also forward, for example running through the forest, I kept passing where I needed to be because I was teleported too far out and I'd have to turn back and just hope I won't be teleported.
We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.

@v-piwala No, that bug is not the same as this. In this bug, I am teleported backward and forward (typically forward) as well as to places I wasn't headed towards/at (seen in one of the vids). This happens at anytime, so long I'm moving or have moved recently. This bug occurs in multiplayer, but I don't see how it could be chocked up to lag-back/rubberbanding since it doesn't just happen towards places I had been previously.
We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
Could you provide us with your computer specification? (DxDiag file should be enough)
How are you connecting to the internet, wi-fi or cable connection?
