As per Minecraft Legends Help Centre:
Minecraft Legends can support up to eight players, with four players on each team in Versus Mode. Up to four players can play co-operative campaign.
However, players on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch cannot host more than one additional player in campaign co-op or more than four players total in a 2v2 PvP match. Players on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC can host up to 4v4 PvP sessions and up to four players in a cooperative match.

The report you have submitted is working as intended: Improvement Allay Storage, as per its in game description, should raise the cap on gold, lapis and prismarine by 150, and for wood and stone by 500. To raise cap for other resources, build multiples of corresponding upgrade; ie: Improvement: Gather Iron to raise the cap on Iron reserve.

If you are on Windows, you can use Windows+Alt+R to open a built-in app for recording game footage.
If you are on Mac (Mojave or later), you can use Shift+Command+5 to open a built-in app for recording your screen.
In case you don't have a program to record videos, we recommend using the free recording software OBS.
In case the resulting video file is too large to be uploaded to the bug tracker directly, please upload it elsewhere (e.g. as unlisted video on YouTube) and link to it here.
