Can you give some more information? I tried (and failed) to replicate this by changing a full screen resolution and I also changed my rendering detail. Do you think it could be something on your end not playing nice? Maybe updating your GPU.
I couldn't get it this bad, but after about 12 minutes (full screen and windowed) I got this strange UI once (full screen) and the game kept flickering black along with the the background going back for a second (windowed in the picture, but the game flickering happened in full screen and windowed)
I believe whats going on is that it's showing the Windows version intend of the Nintendo Switch Version. I'm not sure if you're getting the achievements, but I think you are. Still unsure why it shows the Windows versions on some accounts instead of the correct version.

Update: I found out it was just a behavior pack that nobody told me about I feel super stupid now. And I don’t know how to remove the post.

This happened to me in English, but it happened to me randomly after instantly joining the game (after joining and leaving multiple times).
Might have been a unstable connection.

This isn't really a glitch and it shouldn't freak anyone out. It just means you can't connect to the server.
