PC - Crashing with Unhandled Access Violation Exception and stuck loading screens
Minecraft Legends Version: 1.17.37375.0 (version is not in the drop down when submitting issue/bug)
Minecraft Legends Build Number: 16057710 in Settings --> Accounts
When I go to load a saved file game, the loading screen opens and doesn't make any progress. It appears to remain stuck at 0%. Some other observations, If I am in the lobby and click leave, The saving screen comes up and remains stuck on "Your game is being saved. Please do not turn off your device." I have also tried the auto saved files, and they all do the same behavior of getting stuck on the loading and saving screen.
I don't believe this is a corrupted file or something like that because even previous auto saves don't load. Another observation that I had is that task manager reports very high memory utilization coming from the mine craft legends executable. The high memory usage only happens after I click load game and occurs about 10 to 15 seconds after the loading screen appears. I am not sure if this is expected behavior or not and can help in the investigation.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game via Minecraft Launcher. I typically open the game from the mine craft launcher as well.
I have verified that I have internet connectivity. I have verified that I am successfully signed into Microsoft/Xbox account.
I have tried lower my graphic settings as some have suggested out on Redit and such.
All known drivers and software updates have been installed.
I really hope that I don't have to start all over again. I can start a new game and start from the beginning, save that game and continue. I can continue but lossing all my progress is not ideal and how do I know that this won't happen again? It seems on redit and other channels this is a common issue reported with minecraft legends.

Update 7/72/2023 7:00 pm CT:
I was able to get an auto save file to work, I had orginally that all auto saves where not working, I was able to get one to work after all. After defending a homestead, the game crashed. I went back into the game. Then I attempted to load the latest saved campaign and experienced a hard crash when entering the lobby. I get to the lobby for about 1 or 2 seconds before the entire minecraft legends hard crashes and I am back on the desktop.
An observation that I had is that while defending my homestead, I had built lot of defensive buildings, such as walls, the long and short range (can't remember the official name) arrow towers, spyglass, redstone launcher, masonry, carpenter, the large shock tower, and others. If memory serves right, I started to experience loading issues after I had save the game right after defending a village and saving in a location that had many buildings. I probably build about 20 to 30 arrow towers. I am playing at the mystical difficulty, I wondering if the number of buildings and all the activity is causing loading failures and game crashing? I watch my system resources and nothing appears to be out of nominal ranges when playing. But this # of buildings and npc activity is just a hunch.
I attached a quick video in the attachments.

Update: Came back to this after a couple of days. Same issue still with app crashing. Checked the windows event logs and it appears the crash is due to unhandled access violation exception. See attached. Not to useful without a stack trace though. But at least this should give developers something to look for. Updated title of ticket to be more accurate.
