The player can choose between the blocks/tools in the quick-bar. If the player scrolls through the quick-bar a name of this item appears above the quick-bar. However the name cover the armor- and water breathing bar. Thereby the text is hard to read.
Expected results:
The name of the item above the quick-bar does not overlaps the armor - or water breathing bar.

- start a world
- put some items into the quick-bar
- scrolls through the quick-bar
- notice the name of the item/block appear above the bar
- notice that the name overlaps the armor and water breathing bar

This photo shows how the PC version puts their text. The extra gap is where the golden apple status bar shows.
Does this bug still appear in 0.12.3? If so please respond.
No but the text still overlaps water breathing and armor indicators.
Confirmed on Asus B121 Tablet Touch & pen enabled, Win10 Pro build 10240, MCPE 0.13.0
Fixed in 0.14.2
