MCPE-104625minecraft:damage_sensor does not recognize tamed entities
specifically, it does not seem to be able to detect entities that have an owner
example:
"minecraft:damage_sensor": { "triggers": [ { "on_damage": { "filters": { "test": "is_family", "value": "wolf", "subject": "other" } }, "damage_multiplier": 5 } ] },
if this is attached to a ravager for example, the ravager will get 5 times more damage than usual from all wolves unlike with other mobs. however it doesnt work if the wolf happens to be tamed

it happens to affect 1.16.100 too, could have been an old bug
Could you try changing subject to "damager" instead of "other" and see if it works?
