I found this bug when i notice that the plants, crops and grass don't grow again and this effects a loat of farms and my work and the only way to grow them back is to use bone meal even with random tick speed on 1000
Steps to reproduce:
1.place or destroy a block
2.put your random tick speed on 100 or 1000
