On pc edition the redstone texture has a circular form and on pocket edition it has a form of like it is connected to a redstone either side of it.

Works as Intended. On alpha/beta versions of PC, the redstone texture is like the one in Pocket Edition.
you didnt understand he means when put in the ground Redstone on pc edition the redstone texture has a circular but in a pocket edition is not as the snapshot that I have added in the first comment "red.png"
I know that. Try downloading Beta 1.8.1 version on PC and place a single redstone
So this should work as intended until the phase 3 of redstone additions arrive.
This change is intentional in PE.
