i finally found a strong hold and the portal room, when i entered, the sky appeared like a broken tv in the game, grey and white glitchy particles, no way to fix, never seen it before and when i google it i get no results. first time it happened

Try removing all potion effects first. You are likely seeing this because you have night vision (like EVGENSYPERPRO did when he took the above screenshot)

il just leave the night vision bug up then

MCPE-20257and has been found to be invalid (working as intended).Hello!
i think this is normal if you use Night Vision in the end, just drink milk and everything should be back to normal
