Very rarely, the game would crash when you take down a door with villagers behind it. I've tested this with different villagers and crashed 4/26 times. With that being said, if its done with 100 villages' doors, there is a possible 21/100 chance. That being said, there is a 2.1% chance to crash your game with this.

Does this bug still appear in 0.13.1? If so please respond.
I've tested it by taking down doors and placing them over and over in different places;
Village Door, Inside Village, Outside Village, Nowhere near the village and it still occurs.
Does this issue still affects 0.14?, if so, please respond
Please reply and update affected versions if you're still able to reproduce this issue.
