Have you given bread to these villagers before? Could be the max number of beds have been reached so they aren’t using the bread to breed. Causing their inventories to get full. This is most likely the reason why they will not pick up the bread. Please tell us if they can’t pick up other items either such as carrots, seeds, potatoes, wheat, beetroot, beetroot seeds.
