When, I was walking arround, my wolf teleport itselt, however I already mke them sit. Then the collars colour change from blue to default red. Device: Samsung Tab 4

Sorry, my keyboard went wrong..
Could not reproduce, Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. Tested by spawning a wolf and taming it in creative and dying it with lapiz. I ran away from it so it teleported, collar was still blue.
So I assume this has been fixed somewhere between 0.14.0 alpha and 0.14.3.
