To duplicate, open a Lifeboat server, then play on survival games and lots of the chunks won't load. The chunks will load on 13.2.

Mojang don't offer support for external servers here, I'd suggest contacting the server directly.
I was thinking that if it loads the chunks in 0.13.2, and doesn't load all chunks in 0.14.0 then there might be a chunk loading problem with the game. I have reporyed it to the Lifeboat support too.
Tested on local area servers. Same bug there
Confirmed here aswell. External server chunk load problem. 0.13.2 server works fine, 0.14.0 not.
Does this issue still affects 0.14.1?, if so, please respond.
Sometimes it does. Not nearly as often as 0.14.0
Sorry, but issues related to external servers aren't supported.
