Whenever it rains and mobs are on fire, it will generate an annoying sound consisting of the fire being put out sound and the mob's generic hurt sound. I will also mention that the fire effect on the mob will flicker on and off while this is happening.

Can you provide a screen shot of what this looks like and what you see?
Attempting to get a rain storm initiated give me a bit of time
I believe this was fixed. I tested it and this bug does not appear.
