Y-axis inversion not working
Toggling the Y-axis invert button in settings no longer works with the latest update. The button will toggle back and forth however the Y-axis in game is not inverting.

currently experiencing the exact same issue- button toggles but the y axis has reverted to default and wont change. its making gameplay pretty impossible
I am also experiencing the same issue. Started after the current update. It does make game play extremely frustrating. It’s like trying to teach yourself to write with your left hand if your right handed.
i just had this issue this morning. it was very disappointing, because combat and pvp is a big thing for me in Minecraft. It's even worse with lag. I hope they fix this!
Just adding that the same thing is happening to me. Makes it impossible to play!
This bug should be fixed in the latest beta version, and the fix will be included in a future update when that is ready for full release (no specific date can be given). We will leave this ticket open as a point of reference until the fix has been fully released.
It's a huge bummer that this won't be fixed until the next full release. I'm sure that players who use touchscreen controls on bedrock are a smaller demographic, but inability to invert makes the game entirely unplayable. This one bug basically breaks the game completely for people like me.
On realms 1.19, using Android, y inversion is not currently working when the player is in a boat.
