When I tried to use a texture pack from internet it didn't work(I have the resource_packs folder but it won't work) please fix that

Did you tried to put it in sdcard/games/com.mojang/resource_packs?
The ability to add Custom Texture packs has not been released as a vanilla feature, so until this is added, please limit bug reports to issues that affect the official release only.
