MCPE-155709Aggravated enderman stop becoming aggravated when they can't attack the player that they are aggravated at
If you aggravate an enderman and get into an area where it can't attack you, for example a 2 block tall roof above your head or if you stand 3 blocks above the enderman, it will stop becoming aggravated after 20-30 seconds. This is a major issue as it makes it a lot harder to kill enderman and therefore, harder to obtain enderpearls.

Endermans stop aggravating permanently while they can't attack player for a long time.
This ticket is copied from MCPE-155709, which is different from MCPE-35306 but closed incorrectly, and now the issue is still available.
How to Reproduce (the easiest way):
- change to creative mode.
- create a structure that can prevent enderman attack you and teleport to other place (like "experiment.png" in attachments).
- spawn an enderman.
- change to survival mode.
- stare at the enderman.
Result:
Decades of seconds later, The enderman stopped aggravating forever. No matter how you attack it, it will never attack you. ---- Unless you change your game mode or the world is reload.
