After eating bread,(not sure about other foods) u would break blocks if u touch them( something like the bow in 0.3.3)

The issue is present in v0.6.1. To recreate:
- Aquire any two food items of the same type (ensure items are stacked as usual).
- Allow your hunger bar to empty more than one of the food items will restore.
- Face any in-range item. Dirt, grass, or wood works best.
- Eat without letting up your finger. You'll see it.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
I hope this didn't break anything else
