As mentioned in a comment on that report, keyboard and mouse support has been added in 1.19.10. Please see https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/6465669193997-Minecraft-Beta-Preview-1-19-10-20.
The 1.19.10 version is still in Preview and has not been released yet in a non-Preview version. 1.19.1 and 1.19.2 are "earlier" versions than 1.19.10 (all digits in release numbers matter, so both 1 and 2 are less than 10).
Keyboard and mouse support has been added in 1.19.10, not 1.19.0. Please see https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/6465669193997-Minecraft-Beta-Preview-1-19-10-20.
