Can't place pressure plates after entering an area
When the x-axis or z-axis enters the range (447, -432), the problem that the pressure plate cannot be placed will be triggered, and it will return to normal when it leaves the range.
In another case, the trigger area of the problem becomes the range (47, -32). But the valid area remains the same.
i found that when I place the pressure plate at -49<x-axis<32 or -16<z-axis<63 after the trigger it doesn't flicker like I'm not using it. but will flicker in other valid areas as if the behavior is blocked

This also relates to the player's position. With a chest boat at Y 0 0 0 I could not place pressure plates within -144 < X < 144 and -144 < Z < 144 if I am also within -144 < X < 144 and -144 < Z < 144, but I could place pressure plates inside that region if I stood outside of it.

Duplicate reports give different values for the affected X, Z ranges, so it seems to vary world to world.
A player could trigger this issue by sending a boat through a nether portal due to MCPE-161563, which is exactly what happened to the player reported BDS-17496 and likely what happened to the player reporting MCPE-159712 as well.
Crash when respawning from Nether near 0 to Overworld.

Hi, could you provide an exported world, where you experience this issue? If the word exceeds the file size limit in attachments, you can add a link via any shareable site e.g. Google docs.
This ticket will automatically reopen when you reply.
I am not able to get to world save through the link provided, but we have already confirmed this issue at
MCPE-161377so I am resolving this report as a duplicate. The problem is triggered by having an entity at 0 0 0, which in turn may be a boat that you tried to send from the nether to the overworld through a portal (MCPE-161563).
