Hi, did you try reloading or reinstalling the game?
Is the issue happening constantly, when you log in to the game?
This ticket will automatically reopen when you reply.

I have the same problem on Nintendo Switch.
This bug will probably be fix soon...
The same happens on iOS, although it doesn’t happen every single time.
This only happen on some device or console.
Considering how long the bug has not been updated, is this still an issue in 1.19.51?
