Could you upload a video from Java Edition to show how they look different? When I look at the Bedrock video, the particles look like they match the signs. Also, as far as I know Bedrock’s block breaking particles are created automatically from the same texture that is used to render the block itself, so I don’t see how it could be using a plank texture only for the particles.
In the case of the bamboo hanging sign it looks like the texture on the particles is rotated 90 degrees—is that is mainly driving this report?
In the comparison video I posted (Java is the first video and Bedrock is the second), in the Java edition the break particles are from the stripped wood blocks the signs are made of. In Bedrock, they are planks, which is incorrect.
Ok, I didn’t realize the first part of your video was Java and I guess I didn’t watch the second part.
This also affects pale oak hanging signs in 1.21.50.
