MCPE-16486Zombie Horse Don't Drop Rotten Flesh FIXED
I spawned in about 50 Zombie horses and none dropped rotten flesh.
According to the official Minecraft Wiki: "Zombie horse drop 1 rotten flesh, unaffected by Looting."
