Up until the 1.19.60 update, external Bluetooth and wired controls worked just fine with my phone Oppo Find X3 Pro. This latest update my Bluetooth iPega controller is detected but it doesn't recognise any inputs from the analogue sticks or dpad. Other buttons work fine. This happens in menus and in game. Plugging it in with a cable does not resolve. Restarted phone, cleared cache.

My controller also doesn't work well after this update, this is tough. My controller Bluetooth number is CON142B. I hope this is fixed as soon as possible.
Same, I am not the only to have this issue
I tried using a cable from the controller to my phone and turned off Bluetooth on my phone. Same result, controller is detected but only recognises the abxy buttons, nothing else. Seems like it's not just Bluetooth.
I'm having a similar problem, I'm using a generic usb controller on Android, it was working fine, however after 1.19.60 the RT and LT keys are unresponsive, and the layout guide keys are no longer the Xbox ones.
Seems to also be an issue with my son's Lenovo Android tablet (completely different Android version and brand) with a totally different brand of controller 8Bit Duo Pro. Seems like all external controls for any android device from what I am seeing.
