Please try again to attach your video, and add numbered steps to reproduce the problem along with a description of expected and observed results when following those steps.

Can confirm. I'm a windows 10 user and there is no MINECRAFT (url:minecraft) state in Preview. Therefore, MC Editor is unusable.
